Excavation of a foundation pit is one of the most important stages of any construction project. The reliability of the foundation — and therefore of the entire structure — depends on the accuracy of the earthworks. PLATIS Ukraine LLC carries out pit excavation of any complexity: from small cottage projects to large-scale industrial and civil construction in Kyiv and across Ukraine.

Before work begins, we arrange a site visit by an engineer and a surveyor. They assess the soil type, determine the groundwater level and develop a technological plan for your site. We only quote a price after the survey — with no hidden costs along the way.

We set the price after a surveyor visits the site — no vague “from/to” figures in the quote. You receive a fixed price in the contract: excavation volume in cubic metres, soil-removal cost and deadlines. For legal entities — cashless payment with VAT and a full set of documents (contract, invoice, KB-2/KB-3 acts). For private clients — cash or bank transfer to the company account.

We deliver equipment across Ukraine — we excavate pits not only in Kyiv but also in the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions. The cost of delivering the equipment by trailer is included in the overall quote, so you see the full amount upfront.

How to order foundation pit excavation

Leave a request on the website or call us — we will respond within 15 minutes and arrange a date for the surveyor’s visit. After inspecting the site we provide a commercial offer with a fixed price. We sign the contract and start work on the agreed dates. On completion we hand over the work-completion act and the as-built survey of the pit.
