Land Clearing

Land clearing is a preparatory type of work without which it is impossible to start construction, plant an orchard or develop new land plots. PLATIS Ukraine LLC clears trees, stumps, roots and shrubs with its own equipment: from small garden plots to large wooded areas in the Kyiv and neighbouring regions.

We select the clearing technology to match the density and type of growth. For single trees and large stumps we use a hydraulic stump extractor on a crawler excavator. For continuous clearing of wooded areas — a bulldozer with a brush cutter that removes the undergrowth together with its root system in a single pass.

Thanks to our own fleet we perform the whole cycle — from cutting to loading and removal — without third-party subcontractors.

In 8 years we have completed over 480 projects, including the clearing of plots from 0.05 to 50 hectares. We know the difference between “just pushing it with a bulldozer” and proper clearing that preserves the fertile topsoil layer. We are ready to show references for your type of site already at the negotiation stage.

We calculate the cost after visiting the site and assessing the density of the growth and the diameter of the trees. No “average prices per hectare” — only a specific estimate after the survey. For legal entities — cashless payment with VAT and a full set of documents (contract, invoice, KB-2/KB-3 acts). For private clients — cash or bank transfer to the company account.

We work in the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions. Trailer delivery of bulldozers and excavators is included in the estimate — you see the full cost before signing the contract.

How to order land clearing

Leave a request or call us — we will respond within 15 minutes. We visit the site, assess the scope and prepare a fixed estimate. After signing the contract we set the start date. On completion we remove the timber and plant debris — either including removal in the overall price or invoicing it separately, as you prefer.
