We ordered a full package of earthworks on the cottage community site — over 5,000 m²: pits, soil removal, grading. They brought their own machines and basically closed the whole groundwork stage for us. Volvo dumpers ran without downtime, the schedule held. Rain shifted the start a couple of times, but they caught up.

They built a slurry lagoon for us, 5 metres deep. Tricky job — slopes, geotextile, membrane. The team did it neatly, compacted the bottom and slopes properly, no issues with the geometry. The engineer came out and calculated everything in advance.

They developed a quarry — excavation and soil haulage, large volumes. Overall satisfied, powerful machines, the Liebherr pulled well. The final price came out a bit above the initial estimate because we added volume, but they warned us in advance, no surprises.

Reconstruction of a park in Darnytsia — 2,000 m², demolition, irrigation trenches, paver installation, kerbs. What pleasantly surprised me — they finished a week ahead of schedule. The grader and mini machines worked cleanly and cleaned up after themselves.

We prepared a site for a car wash — the level had to be raised by almost 2.5 metres and compacted layer by layer. They made the base so well that nothing has settled in two years. Recommend them if you need proper commercial site prep, not a rushed job.

They cleared 50 hectares of land for fields — trees, roots, everything. The fertile topsoil was preserved as agreed. Big volume, done in about two months, roughly a hectare per shift. Good communication, always reachable.
